    Hi, I discovered a "new" point in the detail-sides of my computers:

    Number of times client has contacted server

    I watched, that this is really a big number, for example 1081 contacts, but results only 31.

    Isn't this way off as it should be ? For 31 results, I could understand that there are round about 100 contacts and even this seems to be much !

    Or is BOINC much like ET: in GERMAN: Nach Hause telefonieren: in INTERNATIONAL: calling home

      If you had download problems or trouble getting work then that number is possible. Otherwise it does sound a bit fishy. My computers have more contacts than workunits also but nothing as extreme you mention.

        Thanks for pointing this out. It turns out that this actually IS an issue. I will fix it on the server side in the next few days.
